questions

1. What do I need to do in order to enroll?
​In order to enroll you need to submit following documentation: Identification (State ID, Driver's Licences, School ID), Transcripts from previous school(s), Birth certificate, Social Security Card, Proof of income, and Proof of address​​. If you are under 18 years of age you must also have your Immunization Records and Parent/Guardian present during enrollment.   

*Reminder: You may mail in or email your application but you will be required to appear in person for your application review and interview at a later date. 

2. What if I don't have all my documents?
That's okay! Please bring in or send us what you have and we can begin the enrollment process. If you need assistance in acquiring certain documents such as your transcripts, we can help you put in a request to get them.     

3. I don't have any means of transportation. How can I attend classes?
For our students attending classes we offer bus passes so our students can make it to school everyday and on time.
Note: Bus passes are for students taking classes ONLY.  Bus passes are NOT for students on independent study. 


4. Do I have to do the in-person interview in order to enroll?
Yes, the in-person interview is mandatory for all in-coming students. However, if you are a returning student you are not required to go through the interview process again. 

5. What is required in order to graduate?
In order to graduate from our program a student must complete 200 credits, 50 hours of community service, and a senior portfolio.  

6. Do I qualify for independent study?
In order to qualify for independent study you MUST be at least one of the following at the time of enrollment: 
  • Working full time or has extenuating circumstances in relation to their hours. NOTE: Must have proof of employment and hours.
  • Have children that you are unable to provide child care for during school hours.
  • Have a medical or health related reasons that prevent you from attending classes.
7. When does school start?
Our school operates on a trimester based calendar for the school year. To find out when a trimester begins, please have a look at our Academic Calendar for more details.
